Q: Can you transfer my old files and personal data, like photos, important documents from my old computer to my new machine and how long will it take?
A: Yes, transferring files and settings is a standard operation which, in most cases, can be performed on site.
It can take 1 to 3 hours depending on the amount of data you wish to retrieve.

Q: Do you give a fixed price for repairing a laptop?
A: We give a fixed price for parts replacement, but for unsure faults, we will give free inspection and free quotation after examining the faulty laptop or PC. We can't charge you a fixed price irrespective of the degree of the fault. That is not fair on you. One thing we could assure you that the labour cost is fixed for each repair regardless of hours involved in your computer.
But for company customers, in some circumstances, we may give a fixed price, it is convenient for them to give the quotation for their customers.

Q: If the laptop is not worth repairing, do you charge ?
A: We provide 'Free examination, Free Quotation' ,'No Fix No Fee' service, we are not going to charge you anything if you do not want to go ahead with the repair. Only after receiving your confirmation will we go ahead with the repair.

Q: If my laptop is unrepairable,can you buy it from me?
A: Yes, we can. You can sell your broken laptop to us and get cash from us.

A: The average response would be 1 to 2 hours after a booking is made.
