Answer: We can supply and fit screens for all brands of laptop, if you have already sourced a replacement screen we can also fit it for you.

Answer: Often single keys are able to be replaced, alternatively we can replace the entire laptop keyboard.

Answer: We can carry out power socket, laptop powerjack, & power supply repairs both on-site and in-store within a short time.

Question: My laptop power socket (power jack) is broken. Can you fix it?
Answer: We can fix laptop power sockets and pc power supplies on-site, at your home, or in-store. We offer a free collection and return service throughout London and all power jack/supply work is guaranteed for 1 year.

Answer: We can back up your data and then reinstall your computers operating system.

Question: I have purchased a new machine, can you transfer my data?
Answer: We can transfer any important data from your old machine, including your music collection, photo's, & documents, the length of time we require will vary dependant on exactly how much data needs to be transferred. We can carry out data transfer in-store, on-site, or at your home.

PRICING

Question: Can you provide a fixed quotation for laptop repair?
Answer: We can provide a fixed cost for replacement parts and fitting, but where the job requires diagnostic work to determine the nature of the fault, we are only able to provide a quotation after an initial free inspection has been carried out to determine the fault.

We may provide a fixed quotation for laptop repair to business customers who are referrers of third party jobs, this is to enable them to provide their client with an accurate costing.

Question: Is there a charge for site or home visits, collections and delivery services?
Answer: Absolutely not, all home visits, collections and deliveries are provided free of charge across London.

Question: Is there a call out fee?
Answer: We do not charge any call out fees.

Question: Is there a charge if you cannot repair my computer?
Answer: If we cant fix it, you don't pay.

Question: Is there a charge if my computer is not worth repairing?
Answer: We will not charge you for anything unless you want us to carry out a repair or installation, all home visits, collections, deliveries, & examinations are 100% obligation and cost free.

Question: Will you offer to buy my laptop if it is beyond repair?
Answer: We will buy most broken laptops for cash.

Question: How soon after the repair is complete do I have to pay?
Answer: Once the repair is complete, you can make payment and collect your machine, or arrange for us to deliver it back to you. Payment MUST be made within three months of us completing the repair. Your machine will not be returned until payment is made in full!

If you do not make payment within three months of us completing the repair, we reserve the right to sell your machine, or recycle its components to cover our costs!

Question: How long will it take the engineer to get to me?
Answer: We aim to get an engineer to your door within 2 hours of your booking submission.

Question: Are engineers available outside normal office hours or at the weekend?
Answer: Our engineers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Question: Will you back up my data before beginning the repair?
Answer: Absolutely, the safety of your data is always our number one concern.

Question: What will happen to the data backup once my computer is repaired?
Answer: The backup will normally be deleted, but at your request we can also store your data on our secure server, we will never keep your data without prior consent.

Question: Will it take long to fix my power supply or laptop powerjack?
Answer: We can normally fix this type of fault immediately, but subject to the availability of spares we may require 1-2 working days.
